98 built-in indicators

VersaCharts ships with 98 technical indicators covering every major trading style — trend, momentum, volume, and volatility. No Pine Script, no community plugins to install. They’re all built in.

Adding an indicator

1. Click Indicators in the chart toolbar (or press the keyboard shortcut — see Keyboard shortcuts)
2. Search or browse by category
3. Click an indicator to add it to the chart

Indicators that plot on price (moving averages, Bollinger Bands) overlay directly on the candles. Indicators with their own scale (RSI, MACD, Stochastic) render in a separate pane below the chart.

Configuring an indicator

Click the indicator’s name in the top-left legend to open its settings. Every indicator exposes its standard parameters — period length, source (close/open/high/low), and colours. Changes apply instantly.

Common indicators

• RSI — momentum, overbought/oversold levels
• MACD — trend and momentum crossover
• Bollinger Bands — volatility bands around a moving average
• Ichimoku Cloud — trend, support/resistance, and momentum in one indicator
• Volume Profile, OBV, VWAP — volume-based analysis

Removing an indicator

Hover the indicator in the legend and click the × that appears, or right-click it for more options (visibility toggle, settings, remove).

The free tier includes 91 of the 98 indicators. Pro unlocks the remaining 7 plus custom indicator presets you can save and reapply across charts.
